| Something of a tour veteran these days, Farina Elia has, like a fine wine, got better with age. Has enjoyed some pretty good runs at the Grand Slams in recent years - four times reaching the last 16 in the last two years. Made the quarter-finals here two years ago, adding to a consistent run of results in SW19. After a good start to 2005, she can be expected to go well again, although a title challenge is unrealistic. |
