Asagoe enjoyed her best season to date in 2004 to reach a career-high in the rankings, making the US Open quarter-finals along the way. Started this year well too, before the clay campaign brought a string of early exits. Can play on grass - she was a finalist at Edgbaston in 2003, the year she made the last 16 here. Could be a tricky opponent for one of the top seeds. |
